Surrounded by lake views and a perfectly manicured golf course, this venue gives the warmth that you are looking for on a cold winter’s evening. An on-site event coordinator will help you plan and organize your big day so you can embrace and enjoy each and every moment. 

Gown 

Our bride, Jennifer Cromartie, looked stunning in an all-white gown with beautiful buttons cascading down the back and bow ties provided by Simply Yours Bridal & Formal Wear. This elegant gown looked so timeless on Jen. 

Designer 

Burns Special Events is truly a one-stop-shop when it comes to planning your wedding. Not only do they help you create your wedding design dreams, but they design and execute divine floral as well. 

For this stylized shoot, Burns choose a neutral color palette with pops of hunter green and gold. The amber stained glassware looked beautiful on the marble tablescape. The sequined sweetheart table linen was simply eye-catching. The lounge area that they designed felt so relaxed and warming near the beautiful stone fireplace. 

Food 

South Bend Country Club’s chef prepared two enticing entrées for this stylized shoot. First, an 8 oz hand-cut prime filet with peppercorn sauce, served with roasted redskin potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Second, a fresh Chilean seabass pan-seared with tomato and spinach relish and citrus burre blanc served with risotto and vegetables.

Floral 

Burns Special Events designed several floral displays using a variety of floral like Coffee Break and Quick Sand roses, Bronze Chrysanthemum, Burgundy Carnations, Red Hanging and Brown Amaranthus, Tinted Orange Solidago, Purple Anemone, and Italian and Israeli Ruscus. 

Hair & Makeup 

Jen’s makeup was skillfully crafted by Allee Makeup Professional Makeup Artistry. The subtly smokey eye beautifully enhanced her eye color, while a more muted lip perfectly complemented the gown’s vibe. As for her hair, the talented hands of Wild Rose Hair Artistry fashioned an effortlessly stylish low bun with face-framing pieces that we absolutely adored.  

Cake 

For a one-of-a-kind cake, look no further than Mini Snack Confections. The marbled design with gold overlay was stunning. Added bonus, there was a touch of something blue! She also creates many other desserts including cake pops, truffles, cookies and so much more.
