Swan Lake created a beautiful and delicious menu beginning with Chard country bread topped with goat cheese, honey, spring onion, cherry merlot gastrique, then moving on to the main course consisting of Miller Farms Rack of Lamb, pistachio pistou, curried cauliflower, whipped heirloom purple potatoes, and a refreshing Limoncello Berry Cocktail.
