There’s a kind of magic that settles over Être Farms all year long, but especially in the winter. A softness that drapes itself across the property and brings out a sense of calm, elegant romance. For this season’s stylized shoot, the team at Être Farms curated a serene, elevated vision titled Winter’s Embrace, blending white-on-white textures, warm neutrals, and understated luxury to honor the beauty of the season. 

Être Farms is known for being a true one-stop experience, and this shoot showcased the full depth of their talent. They designed multiple unique tablescapes, created the florals, crafted custom menus, curated the food and cocktails, and styled every detail in-house. Layered white and ivory blooms, frosted accents, creamy linens, and candlelight came together to form an atmosphere that felt ethereal but full of warmth, proof that winter can be as inviting as it is breathtaking. Their luxurious barn and grounds transformed into a dreamlike canvas for this winter narrative. 

Culinary Experience 

The culinary experience, created by Être Farms chef, balanced comfort and refinement. We were welcomed with an array of winter-inspired bites—bacon-wrapped tenderloin with horseradish cream, crispy sweet potato with whipped goat cheese and spiced honey, and prosciutto-fig crostini. A roasted beet salad followed, and entrées included beef filet with pommes purée, roasted squash risotto with brown butter and sage, and roasted airline chicken with charred broccolini. 

Drinks by Être Farms added a stylish touch: a classic Old Fashioned, a Strawberry-Mango Chiller mocktail, a spicy margarita, and the most talked-about sip of the day, an espresso martini topped with a custom “E” floating delicately on the surface. 

Design & Floral 

Every detail came together to create a winter story that feels both peaceful and powerful. An ode to softness, elegance, and the beauty found in the quietest season of the year. Winter’s Embrace is a reminder that winter weddings don’t need to be bold to be unforgettable; sometimes, the magic is in the gentle details. 

Gown 

The stunning strapless gown our model Stephanie wore was from Elegant Designs in Elkhart. Its clean, graceful lines perfectly completed the winter-white aesthetic. Stephanie was such a natural in front of the camera and brought the gown to life with ease and confidence. Elegant Designs also provided the beautiful jewelry and hairpiece that added the finishing touches to our bride’s look. 

Hair & Makeup 

Our bride model, Stephanie Sullivan, embodied the look of a radiant winter romance. Ashley Urban Artistry created a luminous and glowing makeup look on Stephanie with radiant skin, smokey eyes, and a timeless finish that photographed beautifully. Mane by Madison styled Stephanie’s mid-length bob down in gentle waves, sweeping one side back with a statement hairpiece for a modern, editorial edge.

Cake 

To complete the experience, Black Currant Bakehouse created a minimalist winter cake with smooth buttercream, subtle texture, and an elegant form that echoed the shoot’s soft, neutral palette.
