While 2020 has been a whirlwind, I think we can safely say we are all ready for the year 2021 to start! But, let’s ring in the New Year with some fun by having a masquerade themed wedding!
Arriving at The Estate Room, you will instantly fall in love with it! The updated décor and detailed designs from the chandeliers to the wall art, adds a beautiful flair to your wedding design. This is a great place to have your wedding, anniversaries, and special events for up to 200 guests!
SHEdesigns created the vision and stylized shoot inspiration, “Year of the Mask” theme. She also provided colored linens, decor, embellishments for cake and accessory tables, charger plates, tablescape items for guest tables and rental items from her Valparaiso store called Orchestrated Events. Jenny has been coordinating weddings since 2003 and has products for rent or for purchase.
We loved the black, white and gold color palette with pops of dark purple and red for this winter shoot! With a neutral colored venue like The Estate Room, it really makes your wedding décor stand out!
Spare Room Studios provided the couches, velvet throws/pillows, cake table, welcome table items like the mirror with couple’s name and easels, pipe and drapery and offers other furniture and rental items at the Valparaiso store called Orchestrated Events. These additional lounge areas are perfect for your guests to gather in comfort!
We loved how Spinnin’ Productions added in the uplighting behind the drapery and on the couches! It added a dramatic flair and helped embody the masquerade theme.
Blossom Shoppe did a stunning job with the floral designs for this shoot! The bright red centerpieces really popped against the black drapery. Flowers that she used were Black Magic Roses, Wanted Hearts Garden Roses and Freedom Roses.
Our model bride, Emily, looked stunning in her wedding dress from Something Blue Bridal. We loved the lace bodice and satin skirt! This gown would be perfect for all body types and really accentuate your curves! The groom, David, looked rather dapper in his classic black and white tux from Louie’s Tux Shop.
Emily’s makeup was done by Merle Norman. We loved how dramatic her eye makeup looked with a red lip! It looked so stunning. Her hair was created by Jay Marie Salon and Spa. Emily has super long, thick hair which is always fun for the hair stylist to play with. Her cascading updo really showcased the back of her gown.
If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind, beautifully designed wedding cake, look no further than Designer Desserts! Every single one of their cakes they have made always looks like a piece of art. We were drooling over the three tiered black and gold cake and cupcakes! We loved how they incorporated grapes and pomegranates as a cake topper!
Trying to think of some wedding favors or party gifts for your wedding guests? How about a popcorn bar for you, your bridal party, and your guests to enjoy during the reception and even a great way to have them create their own to-go bag with any flavor imaginable! Chicagoland Popcorn is so delicious that just a handful of their popcorn is never enough! They can even customize their popcorn to your wedding colors!
Emily and David’s jewelry was provided by Brad’s Designs and Jewelry. We love how unique and beautifully crafted their pieces are! You can customize your wedding rings to make them one-of-a-kind.
Finding the perfect photographer can sometimes be the hardest part of organizing your big day! Alicia Marie Photography NWI has the artistic passion for photography that you can feel just by looking at her photos. We love how she can make any person in front of the camera feel so comfortable and confident.
