The moment we walked into Allure on the Lake in Chesterton, we instantly felt glamorous! Overlooking Chubb Lake, Allure on the Lake is the perfect venue for those springtime weddings! This newly renovated space is beyond every soon-to-be bride’s dream.
Emily Dupre Makeup created a few different looks for the bride. For the ceremony, Emily gave Jordan a light and fresh look while for the reception she added a touch of boldness by adding in darker colors. Jay from Jay Marie Salon & Spa embraced the romantic feel with a stunning updo highlighting the gowns neckline.
The table décor looked absolutely stunning with the glass lanterns lined in gold and candles dipped in glitter adding a touch of elegance. We loved the name agate geode slices on the head table created by Michellettering Calligraphy. The stationery created by How Sweet It Is tied everything together!
Sugarfield Flowers captured the essence of grace and beauty with their floral arrangements. For the centerpieces, bouquet and décor, they used cool water roses, phaelanopsis orchids, lisianthus, carnations, painted plumosa fern, hydrangea southern smilax (used as the vine on the pipe and drape), pampas grass, stock, dendrobium orchids, allium (in front of the fireplace) and flat fern.
With an amazing venue, designer, florist, photographer and cake decorator, our model, Jordan Hlinko, looked absolutely breathtaking in a ruffled gown from Here Comes the Dress giving it that princess feel. The white gold jewelry provided by Martin Binder created that elegant flair.
To capture every detail to its fullest, we couldn’t have had a better photographer than Kate Murray from Studio Breve. With her keen eye and attention to detail, she captured each and every beautiful piece of décor during this photo shoot.
Designer Desserts simply outdid themselves with the most incredible looking cake. One of the most amazing things about this cake is the fact that the succulents are actually fondant! We could not stop staring at this stunning cake!
