I didn’t meet Betsy and Luke in person until their actual wedding day. You would think this would be stressful, but it was the exact opposite. Betsy’s relaxed, trusting attitude allowed me to be creative and design something unique and beautiful. During our initial phone consultation, Betsy told me she wanted her wedding to feel like “a fancy cocktail party with a boho vibe,” and I was intrigued. Give me opposing looks any day! I love taking disparate ideas and running with them. We chose garden flowers mixed with tropicals and beautiful foliage to bring black tie and boho together. With a gorgeous venue as our backdrop and an amazing photographer, I knew it would be magic. I’m so grateful Betsy and Luke trusted me with their wedding flowers. My advice to couples? Find vendors you trust and give them freedom to do their job as only they know how. You won’t regret it.
