Oh sweet summertime! Personally one of our favorite seasons to host a wedding. All the bright bold colors and seasonal flowers that are hard to come by during the colder months are readily available for centerpieces and bouquets and the warmer weather making outdoor photographs a must!
Innsbrook Country Club is a beautiful venue to have your wedding with many photo opportunities. Every corner you turn, you will find a new place for your photographer to capture. Wall to wall windows overlooking the perfectly landscaped golf course with a pond, willow trees and beautiful scenery that is absolutely exquisite for you and your guests to see.
When we contacted How Sweet It Is and told them our vision for this shoot, they knew exactly how to execute it. The sequin linens, silver candle holders, vases, flatware and the beautiful plates made the place setting seem so elegant and timeless.
La Petite Fleuriste created such stunning centerpieces and a gorgeous bouquet for this stylized shoot. The purple tulips, mokara orchids, cymbidium orchids, sword ferns and willow eucalyptus really added a “summer” flair to the décor. La Petite also used coxcomb celosia, clematis, pink floyd roses, thistle and huckleberry in her arrangements. The pops of color in the bouquet really stood out against the bride’s gown.
Our bride, Madison, looked absolutely gorgeous in a fitted crystal laced bodice and flared bottom gown provided by Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear. A perfect fit for many body types!
Madison’s hair and makeup was created by Vanis Salon & Day Spa. Her updo looked flawless and highlighted the crystal barrette on the side. We loved how subtle her makeup looked but the bold smokey eye was captivating!
Martin Binder Jeweler provided a beautiful selection of jewelry for this shoot. The pear shaped drop earrings, necklace and diamond bracelet matched perfectly with her engagement ring. To say she was dripping in diamonds was an understatement!
Innsbrook Country Club’s chef created a delicious filet mignon with a brandied mushroom cap, accompanied with a duchess potato stack and green beans almondine that were perfect for any wedding day meal.
What do you do if a wedding cake is too beautiful to eat? Well…stare at it for a long time and then, of course, eat your fair share! You may not eat much of it on your wedding day but remember you always have the day after to enjoy. Calumet Bakery created one of those “too beautiful to eat” cakes. The navy blue bottom tier with gold trimmings tied perfectly with the décor of the shoot. The floral on the cake is actually made out of fondant and edible!
