Jordan & Kyle Rudolph marry on February 13, 2016 – Location: Los Cabos, Mexico

How did they meet?
Jordan and Kyle Rudolph were introduced to each other by a mutual friend during their sophomore year at Notre Dame. When Kyle’s good friend heard that Jordan’s last name was Nine, which also happened to be Kyle’s football number throughout high school and college, he said it was meant to be. Well, turns out, he was right!

How did he propose?
The proposal took place on October 8, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH. They were at a park overlooking the skyline of the city and Kyle surprised Jordan by having their family and close friends there to help them celebrate!

What made you choose a destination wedding at Los Cabos?
“We absolutely love Cabo and had been to dinner at Hacienda Beach Club while on vacation two years ago. We loved the location, the view, the food, how close it is to everything. It was perfect. Our wedding was very intimate. We were able to spend time with each guest and talk with every person there. We did not want a huge extravagant wedding. We had a pretty big number for a destination wedding and each person there plays a huge role in our lives and our relationship.”

Any words of wisdom for couples currently planning their wedding?
“Stay relaxed! All the little details you worry about before are so tiny no one even notices them. Enjoy every moment because the day goes by so fast. And, take a moment on your wedding day with your new husband to just embrace the moment and take it all in. It’s definitely worth it!”
