Want to have a springtime wedding but worried how your theme will represent the season? No matter what time of year it is, your wedding should represent you as a couple. Pastel colors for a fall wedding? Do it! Red and black themed wedding for the summer? Why not?! Vintage goth for the spring? YES!
For this stylized shoot we really wanted to showcase how you can incorporate any chosen theme or design at any point in time of the year. CLP Events created an amazing Vintage Gothic design at Avenue 912!
Avenue 912 is the perfect spot for a fun and edgy venue to have your wedding. With beautiful ceiling drapery, hanging chandeliers, and a stage for your DJ or band to play, this spot caters to all your wedding desires!
Your stationery is your guests’ first impression! Very Blessed Events designed the most beautiful stationery for this stylized shoot that gave a glimpse of what the wedding vibe will be.
CLP Events completely outdid themselves creating the most stunning tablescape. There were numerous fine details from the black candlesticks to the gold detailed charges and different styles and shapes of stemware. The sequined linens really stood out giving off a royal vibe.
We must mention the amazing greenery arch that CLP Events created for this shoot! It felt like we were walking right into a magical forest. If you are having an indoor wedding but want to bring nature inside, adding a floral arch is the perfect touch!
Dixon’s Florist created the most beautiful centerpiece for the tablescape and bouquet for the bride. We loved the tall vase with floral draping over the side. Most of the floral they used were spring flowers! They used burgundy amaranthus, burgundy mini callas, rose hearts, white hydrangea, white snapdragons, white peonies, white orchids, and burgundy cymbidium orchids.
Our model, Amber Klut, looked stunning in a full-length spaghetti strap gown from Something Blue Bridal. We are obsessed with this dress from the lace detail to the long train. When the light hits the gown, it sparkles. Completely and utterly breathtaking! Amber added in a leather jacket and black riding boots creating that special edgy look that matched the vibe of this shoot!
Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio (Highland & Crown Point) did an amazing job doing Amber’s makeup. We loved how beautiful and dramatic the smokey eye and bold lip looked. Amber’s hair was done by Leah from Generations Hair Salon, who created loose waves that cascaded down her back! It gave off a goddess vibe.
Brad’s Design and Jewelry is the perfect place to get your engagement rings, wedding bands for him and her, and additional jewelry that will complement your wedding gown. Not only do they have a large array of pieces, but they will also custom-design pieces for you and your groom.
Chicagoland Popcorn designs and creates the best popcorn bar tables around! They can customize flavors and colors to match your wedding and is the perfect take-home treat for your guests.
Want a cake that stands out? One that is just simply too beautiful to cut into and eat? Calumet Bakery creates the most lovely cakes in the area. We loved their four-tier all-black cake with the most intricate gold design on the front. The floral was the perfect touch in adding in color!
Alicia Marie’s Photography NWI is one-of-a-kind! She is a master at lighting and captures the best angles from small details to full-featured bride and groom shots. She will make any photo look like it came straight out of a magazine and will make it difficult for you to choose which photos to display in your home.
